Introducing Serial Number Search for your Medical Equipment
Easily search or your medical equipment by serial number to find all recalls for the last 10 years and any maintenance events performed by our Service Partners. Our reports give you the convenience of serial number searching instead of only being able to search by OEM and Model Name.
At best you may find a list of recalls and need to open every one to see which one your equipment may be involved with. Typically different recalls have different serial number information and formats such as “0025MYT – 0312MYT”. With the granularity of SN search, you can avoid the hassle of wondering if your equipment is included in any recalls as some OEMs don’t make it easy or almost impossible to understand if you need to contact someone for follow on service.
