Equiptrack products and services are based only on information supplied to Equiptrack. Equiptrack does not have the complete history of every unique piece of equipment. Use the Equiptrack search as one important tool, along with an equipment inspection and functional check, to make a better decision about purchasing your next piece of used medical equipment.
No report available for my equipment
There could be several reasons why your equipment does not show up in our system:
1). Equiptrack receives information on medical equipment recalls over the past 10 years beginning with approximately 2012. If you have equipment that has a recall older than approximately 2012, we would not have it in our system.
2). We may also have records of maintenance events older than 10 years but that depends on if one of our Partners has entered that information into our system. If there is no recorded maintenance on your equipment thru one of our Partners, we would not have a report for that piece of equipment. If you have had maintenance performed on your equipment but don’t see it in our system, please let your Biomed Service Provider, 3rd Party Reseller or Distributor know that they can sign up for our Partner Program for free and conveniently enter their maintenance data. Once they have entered maintenance events related to your equipment, there will be reports on those units/systems.
3). We do not track or have any available information related to medical consumables or most items with a lot code.
