Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit our refund request form page below by clicking Contact Us and choosing the Billing/Refund option in the Choose a Request Topic pull down. Upon receipt of your request, a representative will review your request and determine eligibility. When a refund is authorized, it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your credit card or bank account.
