Why are damage or other details missing?

Equiptrack receives repair information from many sources, but not every event or damage is reported and not all that are reported are provided to Equiptrack.

Equiptrack always recommends the Equiptrack Equipment Maintenance Report (EMR) be used along with a pre-purchase inspection and thorough test to check for prior repairs, hidden damage, and anything that might not have been reported to Equiptrack.

If you have a copy of a repair order and would like to add it to the Equiptrack EMR, please fill out a Data Research Request form and a member of our customer support team will contact you.

Equiptrack products and services are based only on information supplied to Equiptrack. Equiptrack does not have the complete history of every unique piece of equipment. Use the Equiptrack search as one important tool, along with an equipment inspection and functional check, to make a better decision about purchasing your next piece of used medical equipment.
